Hi 👋🏻 I’m Griffin, I’m a professional Art Therapist providing mental health services in Southwestern Ontario! I offer individual art therapy appointments for children, youth and adults as well as workshops and take home art kits and wellness resources. My work has focused on emotional wellness and fostering healthy interpersonal boundaries and relationships. I am passionate about the benefits of art therapy as a positive therapeutic modality to help foster wellbeing, growth and healing. When I’m running @Prothots I can usually be found playing with my art materials, reading a good book or spending time with loved ones over a meal.
